I created this video series to help you become free of the habit an addiction of smoking cigarettes.<\/p>\n<p>I get this question asked all the time. Is it ok to stop smoking cold turkey? Yes, if you smoke a pack a day or less. If you smoke more than a pack a day or have other addictions you need to watch one or two of the other videos in this series to address how to taper down before you quit cold turkey.<\/p>\n<p>The way to do cold turkey of course is to set a date, document or write down all your triggers, your habits and the routine you have around smoking. Very deliberately make a list of how you are going to change those routines and go to sleep every night, wake up every morning with your own self-hypnosis intention and your own meditation or visualization about seeing yourself living your life in that new routine the new habit as a non-smoker.<\/p>\n<p>The bottom line for <a href=\"https:\/\/josephgiove.com\/qso\/dir_quit_smoking_private_coach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quitting smoking<\/a> cold turkey is making a decision\u2026a commitment to yourself\u2026and just do it, just do it.<\/p>\n<p>Take action now to be free.
